Stroll along the sandy beach or take a round of golf in Abergele, 10 miles. Further afield, all within 20 miles, is Colwyn Bay and Conwy with its historic Castle and harbour, major attractions such as Wales Zip World and National Trust’s Bodnant Gardens. Perfect for families, friends and the dog, (dog sitting service available) to make the most of the area with so much to see and do at this all year-round destination . This stunning historic barn was a former granary, where the grain was stored produced off the farm, has been creatively designed to offer a luxurious retreat for family and friends to unwind, relax and make memories. Walk into the hall, leave your walking boots and outdoor attire in the utility boot room and start exploring. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is flooded with natural light, boasting exposed beams, feature stone walls and hints to its former use. The log burner takes centre stage at the end of the barn surrounded by comfortable sofas with a Smart TV, perfect to relax after a full day out. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen is beautifully crafted with all the equipment on hand for budding chefs to get creative with local produce purchased on your travels. After dinner relax in the lounge or head upstairs to the mezzanine snug looking down on the open plan living area or walk over to the outdoor games room for something more active. When ready to retire choose from six sumptuous bedrooms all designed for a good nights sleep, there are two king-size bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, a twin and stunning bathroom on the ground floor, on the first floor you will find the king with unparalleled views across the valley and towards the sea from the feature window with king size bed, freestanding bath and ensuite WC room, another king with ensuite shower and the twin. There is also a useful drink station for morning coffees, access to the mezzanine snug, separate WC and a further bathroom on this floor. This is a fabulous house to holiday in, you may never want to leave looking forward to a return visit.
