This stylish property is situated on a contemporary development, just an easy ten minute walk from the ancient town of Rye in East Sussex. Rye makes a wonderful place for a holiday, with its cobbled streets, café-bars, pubs and array of fascinating boutique-style shops. There is even a tiny, though state-of-the-art cinema, which is a world away from the usual multiplex experience. Within a five-minute drive or fifteen-minute bike ride is the village of Rye Harbour, with its RSPB nature reserve, quiet beach and welcoming gastropub. Upon entering the property, you will find yourself in the light and airy hall which leads on to the comfortable lounge, with its sofas and chairs, TV and DVD player. There is also a stylish chaise-longue in the window, which offers views across the Tillingham Valley. Double doors from the lounge open up onto the glossy kitchen/dining room, where the dining table sits adjacent to the patio doors, looking out onto the garden. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, separate fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a convenient downstairs cloakroom and a washroom. The property has four bedrooms, two of which have king-size beds, views across the Tillingham Valley and separate en-suite shower and WC. The twin and single bedrooms share the main bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. Outside there is a fully enclosed rear garden with small lawn and patio area which has a table and chairs for al fresco dining and a BBQ provided. There is parking for two cars in the carport and driveway. Please note, there is nearby on-street parking available for additional cars.
