This four-bedroom Victorian property, situated on the edge of Langham Village, offers plenty of space both inside and out. Just 2 miles from a nature reserve and 4 miles to the beach, it’s a good choice for a family or group of friends plus three dogs wanting easy access to the countryside and coast and plenty of room to relax. Inside, stylish decor and French grey tones sweep through the ground floor creating a soothing atmosphere. The light-filled lounge, with its large sofa and open fireplace, is the perfect room to socialise and relax in. When it’s time to eat, step through to the dining room and enjoy a sociable meal at the table with views of the field as a backdrop. After a delicious meal, stack the dishes in the separate kitchen and retire to bed. There’s a convenient twin and shower room on this floor while the three remaining bedrooms are upstairs on the first floor. Choose between a delightful en-suite double and two twin rooms. One of the twins is accessed through the other making it ideal for parents and children. All the bedrooms are a good size and wonderfully serene with cool tones and plenty of natural light. Neighbouring Cley Beach is a good spot for a swim or head to dog-friendly Wells-next-the-Sea Beach (8 miles) and splash in the sea.
