Nearby days out include Longleat Safari Park, Stonehenge, and Compton Abbas Airfield, all within 20 miles. The converted, redbrick retreat forms part of a small complex of similar holiday homes. The property beautifully blends original features, such as exposed beams and tiled floors, with fabulous contemporary decor and homely touches. Step inside and straight into the grand entrance hall, with its double-height ceiling and impressive glass wall, flooding the space with natural light. Taking centre stage is a large dining table for hosting memorable mealtimes, and there is also a piano for the musical members of the group. There are some lovely walks to explore in and around the town, including the Shaftesbury Heritage Trail and The Great Wessex Way.
