The dining table is ideal for sharing a family meal which you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen which also has a useful breakfast bar. The ground floor also has a convenient shower room. Upstairs, there are three charming bedrooms: a king-size room with a view towards the old mill, a spacious king-size zip-and-link, and a children’s room with a low-rise bunk bed. The enclosed back garden has a seating area with a BBQ and outdoor furniture, providing an ideal spot for catching the evening sun, dining alfresco or spotting the local red kites swooping overhead. Harpley is a tranquil village with a friendly pub along the route of the Peddars Way. Local attractions include Houghton Hall and Gardens (3 miles), Castle Acre (7 miles), Castle Rising (9 miles) and the Sandringham Estate (8.5 miles). The coast is within easy reach with popular beaches at Snettisham (11 miles), Brancaster (13.5 miles) and Hunstanton (17 miles).
