Just 2 miles from the well-heeled resort of Rock, popular with both surfers and celebrities, sits the charming Pebble Cottage. Comfortable and cosy, it offers a relaxing retreat to come back to after a day exploring the beautiful North Cornwall coast. With a pretty, enclosed patio and garden to the rear of the cottage as well as a warm welcome inside, this coastal delight is the ideal spot for a few days by the sea. The interior of the cottage is warm and inviting, with sunny colours running throughout. Sash windows, deep window sills and painted exposed beams give a traditional feel which is echoed throughout the bright country-style bedrooms, just the place to wind down after a busy day. Winter evenings will find you on comfortable sofas watching a favourite film as the night draws in, with warmer months spent outside in the garden making the most of the summer sun. You don't have to go too far for a lovely Cornish cider or local delicacy - the friendly village pub is under ¼ mile from the cottage. The nearby town of Rock with its great selection of pubs and restaurants is the perfect opportunity to sample freshly-caught seafood and sweet Cornish ice-cream on offer. A beach and sailing club are on hand for water lovers and you can catch a ferry over to the harbour town of Padstow, an excellent place for independent shops, galleries and cafes, not to mention Rick Stein's famous fish and chips restaurant.
