The cottage is easily reached from the A1 so, getting here is easy and so is exploring the area. The popular market town of Alnwick, with its spectacular Castle and The Alnwick Gardens is only a 10 minute drive. Likewise, Bamburgh’s magnificent Castle, golden beaches and quintessential English village with its range of local, independent shops, renowned restaurants and of course, The Grace Darling museum, are all within easy reach. Take a trip to the Holy Island of Lindisfarne, across the causeway, to see Lindisfarne Castle and Priory - as well as taste the delicious Lindisfarne Mead.
