This beautifully renovated family-friendly farmhouse is situated just outside of the picturesque village of North Creake within the Norfolk Coast National Landscape. Offering a cosy and traditionally styled base for your holiday, the property retains many original features including exposed beams, an inglenook fireplace, a traditional wood burner and flagstone floors. The beach of Holkham can be found just 5 miles away, offering endless hours of fun on the sand. Bursting with charm, the living room is a warm and welcoming place to gather upon arrival with a selection of comfortable seating options within the country-style room. Boasting an impressive exposed brick fireplace housing a wood burner as well as two windows letting natural light flood the space, it’s a brilliant spot to relax at all times of the year. Adjoining the living room is the chic kitchen/diner which has been finished to a high standard with rich hues of blue and a solid wood dining table seating six. On the ground floor, you’ll find a versatile bedroom with a king-size zip-and-link bed which can be made up as a twin upon request, with an exposed stone wall and direct access out to the garden. The first floor is home to a further two beds, one of which features twin beds and the other a king-size bed, each of which celebrates the farmhouse feel throughout the property. Completing the interiors is a beautifully styled bathroom with a roll-top bathtub. The garden area is a mixture of a lush green lawn and a patio with furniture for outdoor dining. What’s more, guests are also welcome to wander through the paddock which backs onto the garden. This is a perfect spot for cyclists, walkers and birdwatchers as the nearby nature reserves include RSPB Titchwell (10 miles) and Blakeney Point (12 miles). Explore the coast with a day spent walking along the Norfolk Coast Path, accessible within 5 miles with invigorating and fascinating routes in either direction towards Brancaster or Sheringham. Alternatively, spend a leisurely day perusing the local wares at the popular market towns of Hunstanton (14 miles) and King's Lynn (22 miles).
