Overview

This cottage is a true gem for beach lovers, built directly on the beach at Camber Sands, it has unrivalled access to the dunes, expansive sands and the sea. With miles of beach to enjoy you will always find a space for building sandcastles, no matter how busy it gets it will seem as if you have this huge space to yourself. The interesting historic town of Rye is within a 15 minute drive and here you will find a large selection of independent shops, cafe-bars and pubs. You will immediately get into the holiday spirit as you walk across to your cottage. The entrance hall is the perfect spot to leave your sandy shoes and buckets and spades, here you will also find a well-appointed utility area, with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge. To the left of the front door is the bright bathroom with a shower over the bath. Walking down the hall, you will come to the open-plan lounge/dining area, with one end dedicated to relaxing with plenty of comfortable seating for six people and TV with internet access. The other end of the room is where you will find the dining area, with the table looking straight over the beach. The practical kitchen has beautiful views across the beach to the sea, so cooking is never a chore here. It is well equipped with electric oven and hob, toaster, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a ground floor bedroom, with single bed. The further bedrooms are accessed via wooden stairs which lead directly from the living area. The master bedroom is the perfect retreat, as it has its own sun room, the ideal place to escape to with a book or magazine, overlooking the beach below. The third bedroom has bunk beds as well as an additional single bed, with space for clothes to hang. Outside, the cottage has a private cordoned off area of beach, so no matter how busy it is on summer days, you are always guaranteed a spot on the sand. Parking is taken care of, although it can be busy in peak season, as you will have your own parking permit for the public car park.
