A comfortable family property directly opposite Camber’s 7 miles of sandy beach and within reach of the pretty medieval town of Rye. Located directly opposite the beach at Camber, this property is the perfect base from which to explore the local area. Perfect for families, children will enjoy making the most of the beach’s safe swimming spots during the summer or enjoy a spot of kite surfing. The ancient town of Rye (3 miles) boasts a selection of pubs, restaurants, cafes, and shops, or you could hop on the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch miniature steam railway which runs from Dungeness to Hythe. Keen walkers and cyclists can enjoy the wide range of cycle and footpaths at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve (4 miles) and for those looking to explore further afield there is an abundance of castles, gardens, and family attractions to visit across the local area. Step inside the front door and head through into the light and bright kitchen/diner offering a great space for family entertaining. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and a washing machine that is located in the separate utility room. Enjoy listening to music or catching up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV whilst you prepare meals, before sitting down with the family at the dining table that can seat six.
