Within a few hundred metres, there is a range of cafes/pubs, an RSPB reserve, a wonderful clifftop viewpoint and Bowleaze Cove with its seaside shops. Light, bright and airy, this property offers clean, modern living only metres from the beach. You enter the house into a small porch which leads into the hallway. On your right, you will find the cosy twin bedroom. Also on the ground floor is a well-equipped, cottage-style kitchen/diner. From here, you can access the courtyard garden with its dining furniture and BBQ, so sit back, relax and enjoy the sound of the sea. Upstairs, there is a clean and comfortable double bedroom, separate WC and wash basin and the lounge that is situated on the first floor, so that you can appreciate the sea views from the Juliette balcony or the comfort of the sofa. Weymouth town centre is 2 miles away and has a range of shops, eateries and attractions to keep everyone entertained. The interesting shingle Chesil Beach is 3.5 miles away and is part of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, whilst another highlight on the Jurassic Coast is the unique horseshoe-shaped Lulworth Cove (16 miles) which is only a couple of miles away from the equally unique Durdle Door. To explore the rugged beauty of the coastline, head to Portland Bill Lighthouse (9.5 miles) and feel the wind in your hair. Also worth a visit is the Swannery in Abbotsbury (9.5 miles).
