Join friends and family in this stylish South Devon cottage on the outskirts of Totnes. The property has a sociable, open-plan layout and a delightful cottage garden for outdoor entertaining. There are some fantastic local attractions within easy reach, including Paignton Zoo, the National Trust’s Greenway House, and the Dartmouth Steam Railway (all within 10 miles). Outside, the enclosed, gravelled garden is a real suntrap, with furniture for al fresco dining, along with a BBQ and firepit. Head into the centre of Totnes (0.5 miles) to potter around the independent boutiques, galleries, and gift shops. The town has a good range of eateries, many of which enjoy fabulous views across the river. Hop on a boat trip to visit the picturesque town of Dartmouth, or stride out along the stunning Dart Valley Trail, which follows the path of the River Dart. For a traditional day at the seaside, journey to Paignton (5 miles) with its pier, amusement arcades, and sandy beach.
