The property is accessed via a video security entry phone system, with a lift or stairs taking you to the third-floor apartment. Inside, the L-shaped open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a great space for you to unwind in, with comfortable seating, a TV, a stylish dining area and a sleek, beautifully organised kitchen area to the side. Upstairs, you will find a soothing bathroom and two delightful double bedrooms, one with partial sea views, the other with views of the beach and golf course from the side window. Back outside, there’s a shared area to the front of the building offering a lovely view across the seafront. The beautiful South Beach is just 150 metres away, offering a mile of golden sands. Lying at the end of the promenade, the property is also ideally situated for Tenby Golf Club (half a mile). Tenby has three other lovely beaches, with landmarks including the medieval town walls, Tenby Castle and St Catherine’s Island. From the harbour, you can join a boat trip to the breathtaking Caldey Island, or you can head north to the tranquil coastal village of Saundersfoot (4 miles).
