This detached bungalow nestles on a hillside location above the village close to the neighbouring canal and woodland backdrop but at the same time enjoying some lovely views across the valley towards Crich. Please note the canal at Sawmills is currently dry as it is under going restoration. Set in its own spacious grounds the bungalow all one level but accessed from some external steps has recently been considerably improved throughout to provide very comfortable accommodation. You enter the property from steps into the newly fitted kitchen with all the essentials you will require for your stay. A door to the rear goes to the hall off which are the remaining rooms the two bedrooms one with a double bed the second having two singles. The bathroom has a bath with shower over toilet and hand basin. The lounge dining room is a very good size with gas coal effect fire, taking in patio garden views and beyond.
