For shopping and eating out, the thriving spa town of Harrogate is just 14 miles away. The traditional stone property has a rustic, country-cottage style with exposed brickwork, pretty accessories, and homely touches throughout. On the ground floor is a cosy lounge to relax in after a long walk, with sumptuous sofas set around a Smart TV and a wood burner-effect electric fire. From here, move through to the contemporary kitchen/diner, which has everything you need for a self-catering holiday and a farmhouse-style table for sharing mealtimes together. The attractive town of Harrogate makes a lovely day trip, with a myriad of high-end shops and eateries to peruse. The town is also renowned for its famous healing waters, and you’ll find several spas, including the original Turkish Baths, within the town.
