Accessed via a small flight of steps, you enter the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where floor to ceiling windows and French doors allow light to flood in. With an abundance of natural beauty, this area of Devon has plenty to offer families and the proximity to the A30 makes travelling easy. Within Dartmoor itself, there are miles of walking and cycling trails, many of which take in charming towns and villages such as Chagford and Moretonhampstead (within 17 miles). For a walk with the wow factor, head to the National Trust’s Lydford Gorge (7.5 miles) or Castle Drogo (14 miles). For those looking to experience something a little more cosmopolitan, you can even head to the city of Exeter (27 miles).
