This contemporary, ground-floor apartment in the delightful North Devon village of Instow is the ideal retreat for friends and families. Located within a mile of the village's beach, dunes, shops and pubs, there is plenty to do in this attractive village. The former railway line, the Tarka Trail, also passes through which provides a flat cycling/walking trail for exploring the area. On a summer's day, you can open the patio doors and enjoy views of boats on the estuary and the pretty, fishing village of Appledore in the distance. For history, head to the steep, cobbled streets of Clovelly (14.5 miles) or stunning Hartland Quay (20 miles). Award-winning attractions The Big Sheep and The Milky Way are within 10.5 miles.
