Perfect for sailing enthusiasts, Cowes is home to several museums including the Wight Military and Heritage Museum, the Classic Boat Museum, Cowes Maritime Museum and the Sir Max Aitken Museum. Queen Victoria's former residence, Osborne House, is just a mile away. There are also wonderful coastal and rural walks to follow, with popular destinations nearby including Gurnard Beach (2.5 miles) and the Hamstead Heritage Coast (7.5 miles).
