Entering this airy bungalow, the welcoming hallway leads through to the light-filled open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With a Smart TV, gas fire and comfortable seating the lounge is perfect for relaxing in after you've enjoyed a hearty meal around the central dining table. The stylishly arranged and fully equipped kitchen is to the side. The bungalow also features an invigorating shower room and two spacious bedrooms: a cheerful king-size room and a sweet twin, both decorated in soothing tones. From the dining area, sliding doors open onto the relaxed terrace with outdoor furniture and serene views towards the sea. A few steps lead down into the picturesque garden and then to a second patio area perfect for a summer BBQ. The harbour town of Aberdyfi lies along the northern bank of the River Dyfi and has a range of fantastic shops, pubs and restaurants alongside a beautiful beach and a championship golf course. The Dyfi Estuary hosts regattas in the summer and makes a great spot for sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing. To the north you can spend an afternoon on the beach at Tywyn (5 miles), or head into the stunning landscapes of the magical Snowdonia National Park.
