Next is the ground floor shower room with WC, before you reach the door to the kitchen. The u-shaped space is equipped with all you need to prepare light meals and there is space to dine just opposite. Heading upstairs will take you into the king-size bedroom, complete with en-suite bathroom, including a handheld shower over the bath and WC. Due to the setting in the eaves, there are some areas of restricted head height, which only add to the character and charm of the space. Stepping outside from the hallway, you will find a courtyard with bench overlooking the adjacent stables. With resident guinea fowl, petting hens, and a peacock for company, you are sure to unwind in this truly idyllic spot. The cottage is set beside the owners home and the approach to the property is shared, however your privacy is assured. Due to the expansive nature of the grounds and adjacent stabling, a gardener and groom is in regular attendance. There is off road parking for two cars.
