This quintessential country cottage is in the centre of a beautiful Cornish village, with a pub and shop just moments away. Enjoy a long, bubbly soak in the tub in the ground-floor bathroom before heading upstairs to the bedroom. The king-size bedroom really comes to life thanks to its commanding exposed beams and location on the mezzanine floor. It's perfect for a great night's sleep. Although there is no garden on the property, directly opposite is a gorgeous green where you can dine alfresco and watch the pups play fetch. Blisland is truly charming. Its village pub, shop and easy access to the Moors and Cornish coast make it an ideal base to explore. When you're not adventuring through the nooks and crannies of Dartmoor National Park (30 miles), the nearby beaches of Port Isaac, Tintagel, and Wadebridge are all within 14 miles and are well worth a visit. If you're into seafood, Padstow (16.5 miles) is the place. Travel here for crab dishes galore or freshly caught fish and chips, which you can enjoy on the pier. Surfers are in great company, too, with the wave-catching haven of Polzeath (15 miles).
