This impressive period house near Tideswell makes the perfect setting for a large gathering of friends or family. Pop to Tideswell’s restaurants, shops, and pubs (0.5 miles); visit Eyam, the famous ‘plague village’, it has a fascinating history (5 miles), and learn about Blue John Stone at Treak Cliff Cavern outside Castleton (8 miles), the only place in the world it’s found. Buxton (8 miles) is home to Buxton Country Park, Poole’s Cavern, Go Ape, and the opera house. The Peak District is a haven for walkers and cyclists with miles of footpaths and bike trails.
