Fashionably furnished, the property features a utility/boot room where you can leave coats, boots, dog leads and blankets and attend to any laundry requirements before moving through to the main living areas. The sleek kitchen, equipped with all the essentials of home, has a door directly into the dining area where there's elbow space for everyone at the on-trend table and complementary bench-style seats. To one side, the lounge area features an inviting choice of sofas before a media wall with Smart TV and feature electric fire. Wooden flooring flows throughout this whole area, while French doors lead outdoors. When you're ready for bed, choose from three blissful rooms - the king-size has an en-suite shower room, and there's a second king-size and lovely twin room. Sharing the first floor, a contemporary bathroom ensures comfort for all. Back at ground level, your living space extends into the large, enclosed garden where you can enjoy field and mountain views and the sounds of the river as you unwind. There's space to store bikes and canoes, plus private access to the River Glaslyn. The beautiful Aberglaslyn Pass and the Nant Gwynant valley are near-neighbours, and wooded vales, rocky slopes and mountain lakes fill the surrounding countryside. But do make time to explore your village home-from-home too. Beddgelert has some fabulous eateries and is home to the National Park's oldest ice cream parlour and pizzeria - work up an appetite with a stroll along the riverbank to Gelert's Grave, which commemorates the faithful hound of the medieval Welsh Prince, Llewelyn the Great. For laid-back sightseeing, take a ride on the Welsh Highland Railway - there's a station above the village. The UK's longest heritage railway runs 25 miles from Caernarfon (13 miles), past the foot of Snowdon and on to Porthmadog (7.5 miles).
