The neighbouring towns of Petworth and Pulborough are both 3 miles away with the latter having two supermarkets and mainline trains to London. There is much to see and do in the area including Petworth House, several golf courses, racing at Goodwood and Fontwell, as well as Polo at Cowdry Park all within 15 miles, ensuring this pocket of West Sussex has something for all the family. Leave your shoes and coats in the hallway before continuing through to the lounge. With a large sofa and two armchairs, this is a tranquil space in which to unwind in front of the roaring wood burner on a chilly evening and catch up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV which includes Sky, BT Sports, and Netflix. Beyond, the impressive conservatory offers the perfect place to relax with a good book or just soak in the stunning countryside views across the South Downs National Park. The well-equipped kitchen is located just off the lounge. Throw open the patio doors on a warm summer’s morning and enjoy an informal breakfast at the kitchen table which seats four, but which can be extended to seat eight, or simply sit outside on the top terrace for a coffee and enjoy the view.
