Enter through the glazed door into the tiled hall, hang up your coats, and on the ground floor you’ll find all three bedrooms: a king-size with a TV and en-suite shower, a double and a bunk-bed room for two. On this level there’s also the family bathroom and a utility cupboard. Take the wooden stairs to the first floor and you’ll reach the stunning lounge/kitchen/diner, dominated by a huge glazed window with incredible views of Pen y Fan. Prepare tasty suppers in the delightful kitchen, sit down at the spacious dining table to enjoy them, then spend a relaxed evening in the comfortable sofas, perhaps curling up with a movie on the Smart TV. Just 1 mile from the cottage, the village of Llanfihangel Talyllyn boasts a homely, welcoming pub, while in Llangorse, 4 miles, you can try out a variety of outdoor activities, including horse riding, climbing, zip lining and boating on Llangorse Lake, the largest natural lake in Wales. Alternatively head to the market towns of Hay-on-Wye, Crickhowell or Brecon, all within 14 miles.
