Alnwick Castle is just under 12 miles away, as are the famous Alnwick Gardens offering 12 acres of meandering landscaped gardens home to the world's largest Tai Haku cherry orchard, a ‘Grand Cascade’ comprising 120 water jets and the world’s largest treehouse restaurant. For a day out at the seaside, the stunning sandy beach in Alnmouth is 16 miles away.
