At the heart of the house is the fresh and airy open-plan kitchen/diner. Featuring an additional lounge area with plenty of seating and a Smart TV, the kitchen has a wide variety of equipment and a sociable dining table, making it a fantastic space to rustle up and enjoy your favourite dishes. The ground floor also features a useful shower room and a games room with a Smart TV, bean bags, pool table, Nintendo Switch and a wide choice of games and toys. Going upstairs, the first-floor landing has a large picture window which looks down into the kitchen and allows light to flood in.
