Situated in an ideal spot for exploring the North Norfolk coast, you’ll find walking trails on your doorstep leading to awe-inspiring viewpoints and havens for nature, including Blakeney Point (1 mile). As you step inside you’ll feel instantly at home, surrounded by modern decor and thoughtful touches such as underfloor heating to enhance your stay. The open-plan living room/kitchen/diner is bright and airy with light pouring in through the windows and patio doors. Two sumptuous sofas invite you to kick back and relax in style, whilst the breakfast bar and impressive kitchen are sure to set your creative juices flowing when it comes to mealtimes. The six-seater dining table is surrounded by dual-aspect windows creating a lovely ambience as the light moves through the property. A conveniently located shower room and WC complete the ground floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms sharing the family bathroom, starting with the master which is simply styled with a king-size bed. Next door is the double bedroom and the final has a single bed, perfect for children. From the bi-fold doors, you can access the pretty patio which enjoys sun for the most part of the day, furnished with a table and chairs so that you can make the most of good weather. Pay a visit to Wells-next-the-Sea (5 miles) to see the iconic pastel-hued beach huts, try your hand at crabbing or simply indulge in fish and chips on the quay soaking in the scenery. For something a little different, head out on a wildlife spotting boat trip and you might get the opportunity to spot rare seabirds and the local colony of seals. Behind the dunes, you’ll find the Pinewoods Walk, a shady spot full of magic which leads to the Peddars Way and Norfolk Coast Path trails for an active adventure.
