There’s a twice weekly market, a great selection of outdoor and independent shops and even its own stunningly situated theatre and an art deco cinema all within an easy potter of Coledale. To keep young families amused, there is a climbing wall and an excellent play park all just a short walk from the door while the foodies among you can enjoy a fantastic choice of restaurants, pubs and cafes. Once inside, discover a warm and welcoming apartment with a light hallway and traditional, subtle decor. A handy hall cupboard has plenty of hanging and storage space for all your outdoor gear. To the left of the front door is the living/dining room. There’s a wooden dining table for four along with a comfy and colourful sofa and two armchairs arranged around a television with Freeview and DVD player. The owners have also thoughtfully left a selection of games and books for your entertainment. There is a separate, well-equipped kitchen where you’ll find a fitted fan oven, four ceramic hobs, an under-counter fridge with ice box, a microwave and washer/dryer and all the tableware and cookware you’ll need for your stay. The spacious, recently refurbished bathroom has a modern white suite and vanity unit with an over-bath mixer shower. The lovely master bedroom has a king-size bed with an upholstered headboard, a dressing table and a wardrobe and drawers for storage while the cosy bunk room has full size single bunk beds, a wardrobe, dressing table and drawers. In all, this is a comfortable and welcoming apartment with a wonderfully central location, making it the ideal bolthole from which to explore this beautiful area.
