Situated in the estuary village of Instow, this well-presented four-bedroom house is ideal for families or friends seeking a coastal cottage from which to explore North Devon. After a long day at the beach, rinse off the sand in the garden shower before taking a dip in the hot tub for an indulgent soak. Start a darts tournament in the games room and watch the sunset from the first-floor balcony. The golden sandy beach is less than 500 metres away and the Tarka Trail leads through the village for a traffic-free walk or cycle ride amidst the beautiful Devon countryside. Hang up outdoor clothing and remove sandy shoes in the spacious entrance hallway where there is a convenient cloakroom with WC. The light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a warm and welcoming feel.
