An attractive and welcoming flint cottage situated in a quiet corner of the pretty Georgian town of Holt, located close to the Norfolk coastline. This pretty property welcomes a group of three and has a peaceful courtyard-style front garden where you can watch the world go by. Head inside through the pretty front garden and find yourself in the bright and airy, dual-aspect lounge/diner. Spend chilled evenings curled up on the sofas in front of the flame-effect electric fire and the Smart TV or get competitive over a board game around the dining table tucked underneath the stairs. Adjacent to here is the colourful kitchen, which is compact but contains everything you need to make breakfasts, prepare picnics, and rustle up delicious dinners. Completing the ground floor is a wet room containing a walk-in shower, and a WC. Alight the stairs and tuck into bed in one of the two bedrooms. Choose from a sumptuous double bedroom or an attractive single bedroom. Outside the front of the cottage is a quiet, secluded courtyard with seating for al fresco dining and relaxing summer evenings. Stroll around the fabulous, picturesque town of Holt where you can find pubs, eateries, galleries, antique stores, and book shops. Just outside of the town is Holt Country Park (0.5 miles) which has 100 acres of mixed woodland for you to explore. Spend days soaking up the sun on the Norfolk coastline at Salthouse Beach (4.5 miles) or visit the abundance of wildlife that resides at Blakeney National Nature Reserve (5.5 miles).
