You can hop onto the passenger ferry to Fowey which has a fantastic range of great places to eat and drink, as well as landmarks including Readymoney Cove and St Catherine's Castle. Exploring further, you can discover the Polperro Heritage Coast (7 miles), the picturesque Charlestown (10.5 miles) and The Lost Gardens of Heligan (18 miles).
