Entering this delightful property, the ground floor features the master bedroom – a spacious room with a double bed, an en-suite shower room and views over the equestrian centre. Also on the ground floor is the sociable and fully equipped kitchen which features a breakfast bar and comfortable seating. Stairs lead to the first-floor landing which has some fascinating wartime memorabilia on show in cabinets. The first floor is home to the open-plan lounge/diner, a welcoming space with plenty of seating, a TV and a dining area perfect for enjoying a family meal. The remaining bedrooms are on this floor: a single and a double, along with the family shower room. A first-floor balcony and the large ground-floor decked area provide two charming spots for al fresco drinks and dining. Also on-site is a large equestrian centre with livery, paddocks, an outdoor school and horse arena – guests may make use of equestrian services for an additional cost. The property is ideal for exploring the Norfolk countryside, with local attractions including Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure (9 miles), the Blickling Estate (11.5 miles), Foxley Wood (3.5 miles) and Pensthorpe Natural Park (8 miles). From Whitwell and Reepham Station (6 miles) you can take a trip by steam train, and the historic market town of Fakenham has plenty of great places to eat, drink and shop (9.5 miles).
