Set in a delightful position on the glorious southern coast of Cornwall, this is a fantastic family holiday home with remarkable sea views. It makes a wonderful base for exploring the beautiful scenery, vibrant towns and quaint villages to be found along the Cornish Riviera. The attractive and welcoming property is set over three levels, with a ground-floor garage featuring a table-tennis table, wetsuit rail and plenty of storage space for bikes. There are also two comfortable double bedrooms on the ground floor, with a further double room with an en-suite shower room on the first floor. Also on the first floor is the light, fully-equipped and stylishly designed kitchen/diner. The second floor comprises a spacious and attractive open-plan lounge/diner with plenty of seating, Smart TV and a charming balcony offering spectacular sea views. There is one off-road parking space in front of the garage, with further roadside parking subject to availability. Charlestown is just a mile away, and is home to a picturesque harbour, which has recently featured in TV’s Poldark. Local attractions include the Hidden Valley Gardens, the Wingz Bird and Animal Sanctuary and the Charlestown Shipwreck Centre. The thriving town of St Austell is a mile away, and the famous Eden Project is also nearby (4 miles), as are the Lost Gardens of Heligan (7 miles) and Lanhydrock (10 miles). Along the coast are the picture-postcard seaside towns of Fowey (8 miles) and Mevagissey (7 miles).
