It’s just 0.5 miles from the town centre and 2 miles from Wells’ delightful sandy beach, a fantastic spot bordered by woodland and part of the popular Holkham Estate. In the wider area, look forward to glorious walks along the Norfolk Coast Path, wildlife spotting at RSPB reserves and water sports like paddleboarding and sailing. With five bedrooms, four bathrooms and spacious reception rooms, this charming home has plenty of room for bigger parties to spread out comfortably. Further afield, nearby coastal towns like Hunstanton, Brancaster and Thornham (all within 17.5 miles) are all worth the trip. Love a heritage train ride? Board the Wells and Walsingham Light Railway (350 metres) to Little Walsingham for a nostalgic experience. Culture vultures will love visiting Houghton Hall (17 miles) and His Majesty's Sandringham Estate (19.5 miles).
