During your stay in the countryside near Tatterford, you could start your day with a wander along the River Wensum (200 metres) before visiting the neighbouring market town of Fakenham (3 miles). Here you can browse the shops, stop for some food at one of the eateries and visit the museum. Take a picnic to enjoy by the water in Pensthorpe Nature Reserve (5 miles). Venture into the Norfolk Coast National Landscape for a day at Wells-next-the-Sea Beach (13.5 miles) or Scolt Head Island National Nature Reserve (15 miles).
