The bathroom can be found on the first floor and boasts a luxurious roll-top bath, as well as a standalone shower and WC. Centrally located, the property lies around half a mile from the centre of Eastbourne. Here you’ll find a wide range of shops and restaurants, as well as an independent theatre venue and a 70-year-old working cinema. Explore the indie hub of Little Chelsea (1.5 miles) and enjoy vintage shopping or a stop in a vegan cafe, or head down to Eastbourne Borough Market (1 mile) on Wednesdays to enjoy local East Sussex produce and wares. Within a short walk from the property, you’ll find yourself at Eastbourne Beach (300 meters), which boasts a traditional pier and a bustling bandstand. Enjoy fresh fish and chips whilst wandering the pier’s arcade, or head down later in the evening to call at the town’s main nightclub.
