Inside, wooden flooring runs throughout the ground floor. Leave your coats, boots and flip-flops in the useful cupboard before continuing through to the kitchen at the rear of the house. Open plan to the dining room, this is a sociable space in which to prepare meals for the rest of the family. Here you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen that has everything you need for whipping up delicious family meals. The dining table beyond seats six, while a comfortable chair sits in the sunlight next to the French windows. Also located on the ground floor is a small office which can also double up as a kids TV room and a ground floor WC. Upstairs, the lounge is spacious and inviting with the same coastal charm as the ground floor offering a large comfy sofa, armchair and Smart TV. The en-suite master bedroom is also located on the first floor, which boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room. On the second floor, you’ll find two super king-size zip-and-link bedrooms, which can be made into a twin on request. One room has a distinctly coastal feel with seascape wall hangings and a Smart TV/DVD player for everyone to enjoy, while the other adopts a more elegant, muted feel. These rooms share the family bathroom, which has a bath with a shower and WC. French doors open from the kitchen/dining room to a decked area, which gives way to a stylish pebbled garden. With comfortable rattan garden furniture and a BBQ, this is an inviting space in which to cook, eat and relax with the family at any time of day.
