This incredible five-star 17th-century manor house is the perfect place for big gatherings and weekend parties, sleeping 10 over six bedrooms. It's also the ideal choice for you if you've ever wanted to pretend you're a lord or lady of the manor, with a heated indoor swimming pool and 19 acres of private grounds to explore, including a boating lake, tennis court and orchard. The house is in a sleepy hamlet near Leamington Spa, giving you easy access to days out exploring all the Cotswolds have to offer before retreating back to your own private paradise. Step inside the house and the first thing you'll appreciate is the character. You'll find exposed wooden beams, wooden window frames, large stone fireplaces and a real feeling of history at every turn. But despite its age, this house is beautifully turned out for modern living. You'll find a large lounge with room for everyone to relax and stretch out. If you want more living space, there's a separate barn which could make a perfect late-night gathering place. You'll love the traditional manor house kitchen, complete with an Aga, double butler's sink and lots of room to cook together. There's a breakfast table too for easy mornings. In the evening, you can gather in the spacious dining room with its banqueting table and open fire.
