You are also welcome to explore the extensive grounds of the property and enjoy the breathtaking views. Close to the Devon/Cornwall border, this charming detached property makes a wonderful base from which to explore both counties. Just half a mile away, in the idyllic surroundings of the Wolf Valley, is Roadford Lake. This fantastic site offers a great activity centre, campsite, cafe and plenty of woodland to explore. The lake is perfect for fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding. You could also head to Launceston (11 miles) and take a trip on the steam railway or explore Dartmoor National Park (14 miles).
