If you’d rather stay closer to home, you can relax in the private enclosed garden or enjoy the shared seating area by the pond. The neat and tidy exterior of this property makes it look attractive and inviting, and the interior is no different. The exposed beams, light walls and warm tones used throughout create a light and airy, but comfortable feel, which will instantly make you feel at home. The open-plan living area consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a traditional farmhouse table and a cosy, restful lounge with a wood burner to keep you warm on those colder evenings. Both bedrooms are cosy with calming decor and ample space. Outside, the south-facing garden has the sun all day and is a lovely place to enjoy a nice cup of tea or glass of wine. Only 15.5 miles from the seaside town of Bude with its bustling streets, beautiful beaches and lovely canal, you can also join the South West Coast Path here and journey north or south and see the gorgeous coastline from another perspective. For a change of scenery, venture south to explore the breathtaking Dartmoor (approx. 25 miles). Everyone will enjoy RHS Rosemoor (11.5 miles) with its amazing gardens, and for the kids, the family-run, award-winning theme park The Milky Way is 13.5 miles away.
